Here’s how the BRRRR method can help you build a real estate portfolio.
Are you investing in real estate? If you aren’t, you probably should be. Today I’ll discuss one of the best ways to build a real estate portfolio, the BRRRR method.
This acronym stands for: buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat. We have clients doing this right now, and we’ve even done this ourselves.
Essentially, you pull the equity out of your home and use the money to buy another property in cash. Then, you rehab it and find a tenant to rent the property from you.
Once you’ve been renting it for about six months and you own the property, you can pull the equity out of that property and repeat.
Basically, that is the way that you can build your investment portfolio to help you and your family retire in the future. So if you would like more information on this method, please call or email me. I have a ton of useful information to share with you. I look forward to hearing from you!
